Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by DOST DIRECT (“we”, “us”, “our”). Please read it carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Methods Available

We currently offer the following shipping methods within India:

  • Standard Shipping – Delivered by our courier partners within approximately 7 days from dispatch.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Order processing time is 2 Days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packing.

  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 3PM will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods or high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer, and we will do our best to keep you informed.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

  • Standard Shipping: 7 BUSINESS DAYS after dispatch, depending on your location.

These are estimates and can vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order

5. Order Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or building security first. If still not found, contact us within 2 days at samsjewelhub@gmail.com with your order ID.

  • If a package is returned to us due to incomplete/incorrect address or repeated delivery attempts, we may contact you to rearrange delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, but we will support you in tracking and resolving such issues.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are correct at the time of placing the order. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
